Booking Policy
This policy covers payment, cancellation, and refunds for experiences booked directly with YURAGI. Bookings made through an OTA or other third-party platform are governed by that platform's own policy. Where an individual experience states its own terms, those terms take precedence over the general policy below.
Payment
For direct bookings, the full amount is charged at the time of booking via secure card payment, and your reservation is confirmed instantly.
Cancellation & Refunds
For experiences booked directly with YURAGI, the following applies unless a specific experience states otherwise:
- Cancel 48 hours or more before the experience start time: full refund.
- Cancel less than 48 hours before the start time: 100% cancellation fee (no refund).
Bookings via OTAs / third-party platforms
Experiences booked through an OTA or other third-party platform (for example Viator or GetYourGuide) are governed by that platform's payment and cancellation policy, not this page.

Some experiences have their own booking and cancellation terms, which take precedence over the general policy above:

Payment Terms
- To confirm your booking, a 50% deposit is required.
- The remaining balance must be paid 14 days before the tour start date.
Cancellation Policy
- 30–15 days before the tour: 50% cancellation fee
- 14–7 days before the tour: 75% cancellation fee
- 6 days or less before the tour: 100% cancellation fee
