How do I book an experience?
Choose a date and time on the experience page, enter your details, and pay by card. Your booking is confirmed instantly and a voucher is sent to your email.
Are the experiences private?
Yes. Every experience is private to your party — never shared with strangers — and led by a local guide.
Which languages are available?
Experiences are offered in English, and many are also available in Spanish, Italian, French, German, Chinese, and Korean. The languages for each experience are listed on its page.
How does payment work, and is it secure?
For bookings made directly with YURAGI, the full amount is charged at the time of booking by secure card payment, processed by Stripe. We never store your full card details.
What is your cancellation and refund policy?
Cancel 48 hours or more before the start time for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before are non-refundable. Some experiences (such as bespoke multi-day journeys) have their own terms — see our Booking Policy for details.
How many people can join?
Group size depends on the experience and is shown on each page. Because every experience is private to your party, you are never grouped with other travellers.
Where do we meet?
The meeting point is shown on the experience page and confirmed in your booking email, along with the start time.
What happens in bad weather, or if plans change?
Experiences run in most conditions, and your guide will adapt the day where reasonably needed. If we ever have to cancel, we offer a suitable alternative date or a full refund.
Can you arrange a private or bespoke trip?
