How do I book an experience?
Choose a date and time on the experience page, enter your details, and pay by card. Your booking is confirmed instantly and a voucher is sent to your email.
What's the difference between Private and Group experiences?
A Private experience is exclusive to your party — never shared with strangers. A Group experience is a small shared departure with other travellers. Each card is tagged so you know before you book.
Which languages are available?
Experiences are offered in English, and many are also available in Spanish, Italian, French, German, Chinese, and Korean. The languages for each experience are listed on its page.
Is payment secure?
Yes. For bookings made directly with YURAGI, the full amount is charged at the time of booking by secure card payment, processed by Stripe. We never store your full card details.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancel 48 hours or more before the start time for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before are non-refundable. See our Booking Policy for details.
Can you arrange a private or bespoke trip?
Multi-day private journeys are arranged for overseas travel agencies and advisors, not booked directly. If you are working with a travel advisor, ask them to contact us via our For Travel Agency page.
